Inspired by field cooking, campouts, and al fresco gatherings, our Workshop Kitchen is an outdoor space that brings together freshly picked farm ingredients with traditional wood-fired cooking techniques. Our family is committed to bringing local food cultures and traditions back to the foreground of daily life, in a collective effort to cultivate healthy agricultural practices and celebrate quality food.
Join us on select weekends for cooking demonstrations that highlight flavors from regionally grown ingredients using traditional cooking techniques. We will share recipes and savor in this unique outdoor food experience.
